Delivery
At Swan Family Patterns, we sell digital downloadable products only. No physical items will be shipped.
Within approximately 10 minutes after payment, you should receive an email containing a link to download your files. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
You can also access your purchased files anytime through the “Downloads” section in your My Account area.
Digital content is considered delivered once the customer has accessed the file (i.e., clicked the “Download” button).
Each download link may be used up to 10 times and remains active for one year from the date of purchase. Please download your files promptly and store them safely on your device.
If you cannot locate your order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of our products, downloadable items are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
Swan Family Patterns does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges after the download link has been used, except at our sole discretion.
Returns of digital items may be requested within 14 days of purchase only if the file has not been downloaded.
If you accidentally purchased the wrong item and have not yet downloaded it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you.
In the case of a corrupted file or broken download link, please contact us through our contact form and include a screenshot of the issue so we can provide a corrected file.
