3. Ordering Procedure

You may purchase items at the prices listed on the website.

To place an order, you must provide:

A valid email address
Any other required information requested during checkout

Payment must be made using the methods described on the website (currently via PayPal).

4. Digital Products

All products sold on swanfamilypatterns.com are digital downloadable items only.

Upon purchasing a digital item, you are granted access to download the file for personal use only. Digital materials may not be copied, published, shared, distributed, resold, sublicensed, or otherwise transferred in any form.

5. Delivery

Since we sell digital downloadable products only:

Within approximately 10 minutes after successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
You can also access your files in the “Downloads” section of your My Account page.

Digital content is considered delivered once you have accessed the product (clicked the “Download” button).

Please note:

Each download link may be used up to 10 times.
The link expires one year after purchase.
We recommend downloading and securely saving your files immediately after purchase.

6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products:

Digital items are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.
After clicking the download button, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
All payments are considered final once the product has been downloaded.

Refunds may be considered within 14 days of purchase only if the file has not been downloaded.

If you accidentally purchased the wrong item and have not downloaded it, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

If you experience broken links or file errors, please contact us via the Swan Family Patterns contact form and provide a screenshot of the issue. We will send you a corrected file.

7. License to Use

When you purchase a digital product from Swan Family Patterns, you are granted a:

Non-exclusive
Non-transferable
Non-sublicensable

license to download and use the material for personal use only.

You may:

Download the file
Print copies for personal reference

You may not:

Copy, resell, sublicense, rent, share, or distribute the files
Modify and distribute the files
Claim ownership of the materials
Use the materials in a way that harms our brand or reputation

All intellectual property rights remain with the original author.

8. Intellectual Property

All digital materials, whether modified or unmodified, remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective authors.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership. You agree not to claim ownership of any intellectual property contained in the purchased materials.
